A safe environment is the basis for good baby sleep:
Own bed in the parents' bedroom (extra bed or cot)
Firm, breathable mattress
Room temperature 16–20 °C
No loose blankets, pillows or stuffed animals
Lying on your back is the safest sleeping position

Babies sleep differently than adults. Developmental milestones, growth spurts, or sleep regressions may cause your baby to wake up more often. Important: This is completely normal and will pass. By establishing clear routines, you can help your baby find their rhythm again.
Regular bedtimes provide security
Fixed rituals signal calm (e.g. putting on the bodysuit, attaching MARY, goodnight song)
Sufficient waking phases during the day stabilize the rhythm
Quiet environment with little light and noise at night
A simple process that works:
Wear appropriate clothing
