Exchanges and returns

If you change your mind about an item, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. (See Return Policy .)

This is how the return works:

To protect the environment, we do not include a return label with our packages. Please follow the four steps below when returning your item.

1. You can download and print the return label here . Your order number (see delivery note) is required for the return.
2. Please fill out the fields carefully.
   Would you like to exchange an item? Select " Exchange " on the return form and specify the desired size. We'll send you the correct item immediately.
   Would you like to return an item? Select " Return " on the return form and tell us your reason for returning the item. We'll refund you after we receive the item.
   Would you like to cancel your MARY by sticklett rental ? Select " Return " on the return form and enter return reason 8 .
3. Cut the return slip along the dotted line and place the bottom section in the return package. Please stick the top section onto the package.
4. Please use sturdy outer packaging or shipping packaging for return shipment, as the original packaging is not suitable for transport.
5. Frank the package with a shipping service provider (e.g. post office, etc.) of your choice and send it back to us.

 

Please note: If the return does not meet our conditions, we unfortunately cannot accept the return. In this case, we will either return the product to you or issue a partial refund.
