This way, MARY can be explained in a loving way during the bedtime ritual when the ladybird comes onto the pajamas.

The ladybug sends data via Bluetooth Low Energy (Class 3 - a low-radiation and medically accepted technology) to the transmitter/receiver station, which then communicates with the smartphone via a secure mobile internet connection - no matter where you are.

MARY has been carefully examined and tested and classified as safe for health. The radiation emitted by the ladybug is much lower than that of conventional Wi-Fi cameras and baby monitors.

MARY does not prevent or avert SIDS, but it can help to more consciously support the recommended measures for safe baby sleep in everyday life.

MARY helps to better classify changes by making patterns of breathing, movement, sleeping position and temperature visible.

The fever thermometer measures the individual value.

MARY shows the progress and helps to keep the overall picture in view.

You can see whether the temperature remains stable, rises, or falls. This is especially helpful at night.

It is also easier to classify temperature fluctuations and to decide more calmly whether further observation is sufficient or whether a check with a thermometer is advisable.

MARY is not a classic baby monitor with sound or camera, but it can do more in many everyday situations.

However, by detecting movement and rest phases, MARY can indicate whether a child is sleeping or waking up and inform parents accordingly.
