Wir haben den Sensor für unseren fast 2-jährigen Sohn bestellt, da er an Epilepsie leidet und wir durch eine veränderte Atmung evtl. einen Anfall schneller mit bekommen. Wir wissen, dass der Sensor kein medizinisches Produkt ersetzt, aber wir haben dadurch wieder ein paar ruhigere Abende und Nächte und sind etwas entspannter. Unser Sohn hat den Käfer vom ersten Abend an akzeptiert, wovon wir doch sehr überrascht waren. Wir haben ihn erklärt, dass er nachts auf ihn aufpasst und nun verlangt er jeden Abend den Käfer und muss ihn an seiner Kleidung haben. Die App ist sehr simpel gehalten und man erhält alle wichtigen Daten auf einen Blick. Der Body lässt sich angenehm tragen, wirkt sehr hochwertig und ist Dank der Raffung am Rücken lange tragbar auch für größere Kinder. Des Weiteren ist auch der Kundenservice einmalig. Man hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen für unser Anliegen, alle Fragen wurden beantwortet und unser Problem wurde auch komplikationslos gelöst. Dass nenne ich kundenorientiertes Arbeiten und das Produkt ist absolut empfehlenswert. Wir sind begeistert von dieser tollen Innovation. Vielen Dank :)
