General Terms and Conditions of Participation – sticklett Points Referral Program

As of December 2025

This referral program (“Program”) is operated by sticklett technologies GmbH. It allows participants to collect sticklett Points by recommending sticklett products and redeem them as credit in the sticklett online shop.

By registering, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Purpose of the program

The program allows you to collect points through personal recommendations when people make a valid purchase on our website via your referral link. The collected points can be redeemed for associated MARY clothing or other products in the shop.

2. Participation & Registration

  • Participation is voluntary and free of charge.

  • You must provide your email address when registering.

  • We may refuse registrations or suspend existing accounts if these terms are violated.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details up to date.

3. Referral links

After registering, you will receive a personal referral link.

To ensure points are correctly assigned, the following applies:

  • The link must be used correctly.

  • Points will only be credited if the purchase is made via your valid link.

4. Collecting Sticklett Points

You receive sticklett points for:

  • recommended customers who order via your link

  • Valid orders that have not been cancelled or returned.

sticklett Points will only be credited after the 30-day return period has expired.

Points are excluded for orders that:

  • cancelled or returned

  • were generated unfairly (e.g. spam, false promises, coupon sites, bots, mass distribution)

You may post your link:

  • Share privately (e.g. with friends, relatives, in chats, in parent communities)

  • post on your own social media channels

  • use in personal blogs or private websites

The following are not allowed:

  • paid advertising, PPC campaigns, keyword bidding

  • Posting on coupon or discount websites

  • misleading or false statements about Sticklett or our products

  • aggressive advertising, spam, or mass impersonal distribution

6. Redeeming Sticklett Points

  • Points can be used for discounts on related MARY clothing or other products in the sticklett online shop.

  • Points have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Points will expire if your account is deleted or the program is discontinued.

7. Abuse & Blocking

We reserve the right to delete points or exclude participants from the program if:

  • These conditions will be violated

  • Fraud attempts, systematic manipulation or abuse are present

  • False information was provided

8. Data processing

To participate, we need personal data (e.g., name, email).
This data will only be used for the processing of the program.
Our privacy policy on sticklett.at applies.

9. Changes to the program

Sticklett can change or discontinue the program, conditions, or score values ​​at any time.
Changes will be published on the website.
Anyone who continues to participate after changes automatically accepts them.

10. Termination of participation

You can end your participation at any time.
We can also terminate participation at any time if there are legitimate reasons.
Unused points will be forfeited upon account deletion.

11. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from the program.
Our liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence.

12. Applicable Law

Austrian law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Klagenfurt.
